Tada, nothing fancy but it did the job. As I grew taller it creaked a lot. I would get back aches time to time because my back wasn't fully supported. It reminded me of one drawing instructor at the Art Academy once said, "Don't be like me!" Who has a hunchback from leaning too much and other health problems as a result. It's easy to get caught up in the fun of projects and forget about good posture.
So I went for more chair hunting with a bit more enthusiasm. I tested office chairs, some which are built like a hummer and it was impossible to even park it underneath some desks. Also these weird chairs, the one you place more weight on you knees:

I personally find them too awkward and feel like I'm going to fall to one side. I ended up getting a nice black leather tall parson chair.

It's easy on the eyes and to clean. There's no arm rest to get in the way and it has a nice back support. Comfortable chair for around $100.
